Dental Implants
Dental Implants
Dental implants replace single or multiple missing teeth to help restore chewing ability, aesthetics, and speech. The implant itself is titanium and replaces the root of the tooth in the jaw bone. An abutment attaches the implant to a crown, which is the part that you can see. Implants can also be used to help retain and stabilize removable dentures. At this time, Dr. Nord does not conduct the surgery to place the implant into the bone. She refers her patients to doctors that she trusts to do a good job. Her patients return to her for the final restoration.

Orthodontics/Invisalign
Orthodontics/Invisalign
- Straight teeth are easier to clean and therefore lower the risk of gum disease.
- Braces and Invisalign can improve overbite, open bite, crowding, spacing, and other bite issues.
- Invisalign is a series of clear, removable aligners that straighten teeth over time.
- Dr. Nord is a certified Invisalign provider.
- At this time, Dr. Nord refers most conventional braces cases to nearby trusted orthodontists.

Full and Partial Dentures
Full and Partial Dentures
Dr. Nord takes pride in designing great looking full and partial dentures that fit and function well. She can make dentures for patients that have been missing teeth for a long time, but can also fabricate dentures that will be ready to wear the same day we extract the unhealthy teeth. For most cases, Dr. Nord prefers to do most of the laboratory work herself, including setting the teeth exactly where she wants them to go, and always consults with the patient before the final fabrication of the dentures.
